My 10Km Challenge

It has been a while since the last I wrote. Work pressure was mounting left right and center. Never got to find time to write anything.Anyway, 30 days ago I started one of 2018 goals #10KmChallenge.

Started with walking 2Km

Then running 4Km

The first days were hectic thought of quiting but some how managed to keep running.

Somehow, I started looking forward to these morning jogs.

And then finally I ran my #10KmChallenge on the 21st of Feb.

I will continue with my morning jogs, one thing I haven’t discovered yet is how much weight I have lost if any lol.

In other news, am thinking of growing an afro and kinda looking for tips.
